Welcome to MoviBridge (“MoviBridge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MoviBridge website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using MoviBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About MoviBridge
MoviBridge is an online platform designed to connect Producers and other project owners seeking creative, media, entertainment, and production-related services; and Talent professionals seeking opportunities. MoviBridge acts only as a digital platform provider. We are not a party to any agreement, transaction, negotiation, or professional arrangement between users.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, provide accurate registration information, and use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
4. Platform-Only Role
MoviBridge does not act as an employer, recruiter, or agent. We do not verify the identity or skills of every user, nor do we supervise work performed by users. Any engagement or Bridging is solely between the users involved.
5. No Guarantee of Work or Bridging
MoviBridge does not guarantee that a Producer will find suitable Talent or that a Talent will receive work opportunities. Results depend entirely on user activity and independent agreements.
6. Subscriptions and Fees
Access to certain features may require payment of subscription fees. These fees are charged for Platform access and do not constitute commissions on your professional deals unless explicitly stated.
7. User Dealings
All business arrangements, including Bridging, contracts, compensation, and deliverables, are solely the responsibility of the users involved. MoviBridge is not responsible for non-payment, fraud, or project failure.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of your content, but grant MoviBridge a limited license to host and display it to operate the Platform. You warrant that you own the rights to all content you upload.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to post false information, impersonate others, violate copyrights, or use automated systems (bots/scrapers) without permission.
10. Verification
Any verification badges or indicators provided by MoviBridge do not constitute a guarantee. Users must independently verify credentials before entering arrangements.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Platform branding, design, and software are owned by MoviBridge. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the Platform without permission.
12. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party services. MoviBridge does not control and is not responsible for third-party content or performance.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we manage your data.
14. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or create legal risk for the platform.
15. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding reliability, availability, or suitability of users.
16. Limitation of Liability
MoviBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user interactions or project failures.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify MoviBridge against any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
18. International Use
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with your local labor, tax, and licensing laws.
19. User Disputes
Any dispute between a Producer and Talent is solely between those users. MoviBridge is under no obligation to mediate or enforce agreements.
20. Changes to Platform
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Platform features or services at any time without notice.
21. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
23. Jurisdiction
Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the platform's primary operating region.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MoviBridge.
